This powerful exhibition, titled 'Re-write the Narrative,' is open until Sunday, January 25, 2026. It's a collection of deeply personal works, including oil paintings, collages, poetry, and photography, all housed within the Tullie Community Gallery. Councillor Emma Williamson, Deputy Leader and Children's Services, Family Wellbeing and Housing Portfolio Holder, emphasized the importance of this exhibition, stating, "This exhibition is a powerful reminder that every young person has a story worth hearing. Be prepared to be moved." Jane Wheeler, Assistant Director for Family Help, Partnerships and Youth Justice, highlighted the exhibition's authenticity, describing it as "raw and true – and that honesty is both powerful and deeply moving." Lindsey Atkinson, Community Engagement Producer at Tullie, expressed immense pride in hosting the exhibition, praising the young people's hard work and creativity.
